After took a day off on Jan.1st, we have to go to school today. I was so happy this Monday. Some of my friends and I went to the Countdown Party at night. We really had a great time although the weather was freezing that we almost be dead with cold. It was a little bit bombastic but it was really cold. We wore so many clothes, scarf, and gloves to keep warm.
The party was full of people and everyone was so excited and happy. By the time we countdown, we were so nervous and excited. Before we finished the countdown, we held our hands and waited the New Year’s coming. 5…4…3…2…1…we yelled out “HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!” Everybody was out of control; we hugged each other for a long time. That was the first time I celebrated the New Year with my friends, not just with my family. I really love it. That was an unforgettable experience.
